Be located next door to a new Home Depot and new United States Post Office.  Sierra Land Associates, an affiliate of Brandenburg Properties, acquired approximately 18.25 acres of land on Santa Ana Avenue between Sierra Avenue and Juniper Avenue in the City of Fontana. Sierra Land Associates sold approximately 2.6 acres of this property to the U. S. Postal Service for a new postal facility. Sierra worked with the City of Fontana to provide off-site infrastructure improvements for the USPS site, including the extension of an off-site sanitary sewer line along Santa Ana Avenue.

Sierra Land Associates has also sold 14 acres to The Home Depot. The Home Depot store of approximately 135,000 square feet is now under construction, along with the installation of off-site infrastructure improvements, including the extension of a storm sewer line and sanitary sewer line along Juniper Avenue.
