The Oasis Property consists of approximately 26,000 square feet of one- and two-story buildings on approximately 1.3 acres of land located in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. The first floors consist primarily of retail space, including tenants such as Starbucks and Okura Restaurant. The second floor consists primarily of office space.
A portion of the property was demolished in 2006, and a new restaurant and a parking structure with a gourmet grocery store on the ground floor are currently being planned as an addition to the existing buildings.
