Our Team

Brandenburg Properties finds itself in the unusually fortunate position of having founders still involved in the business and a second generation of leadership firmly in place. This succession of management has been achieved by creation of an environment that rewards and encourages staff retention. The result is stability of people and purpose, significant institutional memory and experienced team players exemplifying ingenuity and integrity. As Lee Brandenburg puts it, “My partners, our support staff and I dedicate ourselves to the principles of integrity, honesty and perseverance, every day.”
